Role Overview: -We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day general ledger operations, statutory tax filings, bank reconciliations, inventory audits. Working directly under the Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, and compliance across all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily books of accounts, process journal entries, manage ledger balance reconciliations, and assist in month-end closing procedures.
Prepare, verify, and file monthly statutory returns including GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESI; ensure timely deposit of statutory dues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Review supplier invoices, verify Purchase Orders against delivery receipts, oversee creditor aging reports,



and process timely vendor payments and guest ledger settlements.
Perform daily reconciliations between PMS revenue reports and accounting general ledgers.
Conduct routine bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow movements, and perform physical verification of petty cash.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles in hotel industry.
Hands-on experience with hospitality ERP/PMS software's like IDS Next
Sound understanding of GST regulations, TDS rates, accounting workflows, and inventory cost control concepts.
Strong analytical capabilities, accuracy with numbers, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a energetic workplace.
