Olixir Oils is a growing food brand focused on bringing high-quality, traditionally produced and cold-pressed oils to consumers. We are building a solid, efficient operation and are looking for an Operations Intern who is eager to learn, take responsibility and support day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operations and coordination
Support production, procurement, inventory and dispatch activities
Maintain stock records and update inventory data
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and logistics partners
Track orders and support timely dispatch and delivery
Maintain operational records, MIS and daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with production and internal teams
Help monitor stock, wastage and operational issues
Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and processes
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
Support HORECA and institutional orders
Assist the management team with operational and administrative activities
What We Are Looking For
Freshers or 0–1 year of experience in operations, FMCG, food, manufacturing, retail or a related field
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good organisational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business environment
Candidates from Ahmedabad preferred
