SCOPE OF WORK

Seller onboarding process:

Objective: To handhold Sellers, complete the Company Onboarding Process

Roles and Responsibilities :

-Seller/vendor/customer communications experience - both verbal & written
Vendor Master Management – drive daily operations to ensure all vendor management requests are closed within

agreed TAT
Stakeholder management to resolve escalations and address exceptional scenarios
Understanding of all commercial points like Commission - GST, Commission
Daily Interaction with sellers on commercial topics
Internal stakeholder management - Category / BIO / catalog.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience in a multi-step process team
Good knowledge of MS-office and Excel (Basic MIS)
Experience in seller interactions
B.Com or any graduate with skills & preferred experience
Candidates having experience in managing vendor onboarding and KYC preferred
Having experience in managing third party stakeholders preferred
Candidates from E commerce / retail background preferred
