Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Environmental Engineering / HSE
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS/HSE) activities at the facility.
Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety regulations.
Valuable knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and preferably ISO 9001.
Should have knowledge in one ISO Standards.
Conduct regular HSE inspections, risk assessments, safety audits and environmental assessments.
Monitor waste management, water consumption, air emissions, pollution control and environmental compliance.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, reports and statutory compliance registers.
Coordinate internal/external ISO audits and support corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct safety awareness programs,
toolbox talks and emergency preparedness drills.
Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with facility teams, contractors and clients to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Track environmental and safety KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
