Position: Operation Manager
Experience: 2+ Years preferred
Location: Bhopal
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
Monitor client transactions, documentation, and service requests.
Ensure timely completion of mutual fund and insurance-related operational work.
Coordinate with internal teams, AMCs, insurance companies, and other service providers.
Review and verify forms, KYC, transaction documents, and operational records.
Maintain MIS reports and monitor operational performance through Excel.
Handle operational queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and compliance with company processes.
Guide and support the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Finance, Mutual Funds & Insurance.
Valuable command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Strong documentation and operational management skills.
Positive communication and team-management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
