Responsible for day-to-day planning for flexible inks. Maintain production report on daily basis and ink processes and man power handling.
Handling Unit Operations – Production of NC , Vinyl base batches Dyno Colour Inks and packing of all Ink & Coating Plant.
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed in order to maintain Zero accident setting.
Supervise the work of junior staff and workmen
Responsible for Trail set ups in the context of improvement processes and Optimization of processes in Bead Mills/ Dyno & Final Batches.
Prepare material requirement planning on daily basis based and take as per production plan so that production not hampered.
Work towards implementing Quality management systems, SOP’s and other production related hazardous materials. (ISO,5S,)
Responsible for to assure that workmen follow the instructions as per SOP and adhere the safety rules in the plant
Follow up the recent development trails batches with R&D; Team
