Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing and online growth initiatives for an established E-commerce & Retail business.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in E-commerce, Retail, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads and Google Ads, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement and online sales.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for e-commerce and retail growth.
Plan, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Lead social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Develop strategies to increase online traffic, leads, conversions and sales.
Plan digital campaigns for products, offers, festivals and new launches.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, conversion rates and key metrics.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with content, creative and sales teams.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team.




Prepare regular performance reports and implement improvements based on data.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and strategies.

Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in E-commerce, Retail, D2C or Consumer Brands is preferred.
Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager / Head / Lead will be an advantage.
Solid analytical, creative and leadership skills.
Ability to independently plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns.
Positive communication and team-management skills.

Salary

Up to ₹50,000 /- to ₹70,000/- per month, based on experience and skills.
