Handle and shift heavy materials, fabricated structures, beams, plates, and machinery safely.
Select and use appropriate slings, shackles, hooks, chains, wire ropes, and lifting accessories.
Perform proper rigging, lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of materials.
Assist crane operators during lifting operations using standard hand signals and communication.
Ensure proper balance, securing, and alignment of loads before lifting.
Inspect lifting tools and accessories for damage, wear, or defects before use.
Guide and position heavy components accurately during fabrication and production activities.
Coordinate with Fabrication Fitters, Welders, Crane Operators, and Production Supervisors.
Follow approved lifting procedures, secure working loads (SWL),



and site safety requirements.
Maintain secure distance from suspended loads and ensure the work area is properly secured.
Support material movement and positioning to maintain smooth production flow.
Maintain proper 5S and housekeeping in the work area.
Use required PPE and follow all workplace safety procedures.
Immediately report unsafe lifting conditions, damaged equipment, or incidents to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
