We’re looking for a creative, design-obsessed Graphic Designer who can help us build a robust and consistent visual presence on social media.

What You'll Do
Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and creatives for Hypeman Labs.
Create animated reels and motion graphics for Instagram and other social platforms.
Turn ideas, concepts, and briefs into visually engaging content.
Help showcase our websites, projects, branding work, and creative experiments through social media.
Create occasional packaging designs, brand creatives, and marketing materials for client projects.
Maintain consistency across our visual identity while experimenting with fresh creative directions.
Work closely with the team to brainstorm content and visual concepts.

What We're Looking For
Strong graphic design fundamentals and a good eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.




Someone who is creative and understands modern social media aesthetics.
Positive knowledge of tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
Motion/animation skills are a big plus — After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Ability to create designs that feel fresh, modern, and not template-y.
Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
