Role : Customer care Manager - service
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer care activities related to service operations.
Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service-related concerns.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop teams for issue resolution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely complaint closure.
Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
Conduct post-service follow-ups and maintain customer records.
Track customer satisfaction scores and prepare service reports.
Ensure adherence to service quality standards and processes.
Guide and support the customer care/service team.
Location : Barani (Vadapalani),Arumbakkam,Nandambakkam
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
