About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles, sourcing quality talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from screening to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical fit, communication skills, and expectations
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/technical panels
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Maintain and update candidate database/ATS with accurate status and feedback
Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer discussions with shortlisted candidates
Follow up with candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation for selected candidates
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for recurring/critical IT roles

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (technical hiring)
Good understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and technologies (e.g., developers, QA, designers, etc.)
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and Boolean search techniques
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder interaction
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively
Basic knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Good to Have
Experience working in an IT services/product company
Exposure to bulk hiring or niche/technical role hiring
Familiarity with HRMS or ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, GreytHR, etc.)
