Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and online advertising.

Responsibilities:
Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Monitor ad performance, leads, reach and engagement, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enquiries and leads.
Research current social media trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and promotional materials.

Requirements:




Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Valuable knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Creative thinking and understanding of social media trends.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve results.
Previous experience with real estate, architecture, construction or similar businesses is an advantage.

Job Type: Full time
Experience: 4+ year preferred
