Job Responsibilities
Fiber optic cable splicing and termination.
Perform fiber jointing, testing, and troubleshooting.
Handle OTDR, power meter, and other fiber testing equipment.
Identify and resolve fiber connectivity issues.
Maintain proper fiber splicing records and documentation.
Follow safety and quality standards at the work site.
Coordinate with the team for installation, maintenance, and fault resolution.
Work on Telecom / Data Center fiber infrastructure.
Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience as a Fiber Splicer / Fiber Technician.
Experience in Telecom or Data Center projects preferred.
ITI / Diploma / B.Com candidates can apply.
Basic knowledge of fiber optic cables, splicing, and testing.
Willingness to work at site and travel locally when required.
