Job Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D Interior & Architectural drawings in AutoCAD.
Prepare detailed BOQ and quantity take-off as per drawings.
Prepare working drawings for furniture, ceiling, flooring, partition, electrical and other interior works.
Understand architectural and interior drawings and convert them into detailed execution drawings.
Prepare basic 3D models/sketches in SketchUp.
Take site measurements and update drawings as per site conditions.
Coordinate with architects, designers and site team.
Make drawing revisions as per project requirements.
Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.
Basic to valuable knowledge of SketchUp 3D.
Basic knowledge of interior materials and execution.
Understanding of BOQ and quantity estimation.
Good drawing reading and detailing skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
