We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer Cum Operator responsible for programming, setting, and operating VMC machines to manufacture precision components as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, edit, and modify CNC/VMC programs using G-code and M-code.
Set up VMC machines, including tool setting, work holding, offsets, and fixture setup.
Operate VMC machines and monitor machining operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining instructions.
Select appropriate cutting tools and optimize cutting parameters.
Check component dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Perform tool offset corrections and basic machine troubleshooting.
Maintain quality, production targets, and safety standards.
