Customer & Society Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned societies and customers.
Maintain regular communication with RWA members, facility managers, society management, and residents.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Complaint & Service Management
Receive and register customer complaints through calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM, or other channels.
Coordinate with service engineers and the operations team for timely resolution.
Track complaints from registration to closure.
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the concerned senior/team.
AMC & Metering Services
Coordinate customer requirements related to electricity meters, AMC services, meter replacement, repairs, calibration, and related infrastructure.
Maintain records of meter complaints, replacements, service visits, and pending cases.
Coordinate with field engineers for site visits and service requirements.
Ensure customers receive timely updates regarding service status.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.




Positive customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and WhatsApp.
Basic understanding of CRM software and ticketing systems.
Ability to manage multiple customers and complaints simultaneously.
Good problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
Robust attention to detail and documentation.
Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, facility management, real estate, electrical services, AMC, or similar industries.
Experience dealing with RWA/Society Management/Facility Managers will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
