Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of recruitment/recruitment consultancy experience is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Ability to work independently from home.
Positive follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Laptop, smartphone,



and stable internet connection required.

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month + incentives
Location: Work From Home

Pay: ₹10,231.88 - ₹15,000.00 per month
