Site Operations Manager – Gate & Access Automation

About the Role

We are looking for a technically robust Site Operations Manager to manage installation teams, fabricators, electricians, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and service operations from project start to final handover.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily site activities, manpower, and project timelines.
Coordinate fabrication → electrical wiring → safety sensors → programming → commissioning in the correct sequence.
Manage installation of gate automation, boom barriers, automatic doors, and access-control systems.
Manage breakdown calls, technician allocation, SLA tracking, and AMC preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Conduct site surveys, quality checks, punch-list closure, and final handover.




Manage variation/additional work approvals and client sign-offs when site conditions change.
Maintain project reports, as-built documentation, and service records.

Requirements
2–7+ years of relevant site/project/service experience in Gate Automation, ELV, Access Control, or Building Management Systems.
Good technical coordination and team-management skills.
Ability to read basic technical/architectural drawings.
Personal Car/Bike and valid Driving Licence mandatory.
Experience with V2 Able Automation (Italy) will be an advantage.
