JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Position: Accounts Assistant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with good knowledge of accounts may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle cash, receipts, payments, vouchers, and petty cash.
Prepare and maintain bills, invoices, and payment records.
Assist in bank reconciliation and day-to-day banking activities.
Maintain student fee records and follow up on pending payments.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Assist in TDS, GST, and other statutory accounting work as required.
Coordinate with vendors, staff, students, and management regarding financial matters.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.




Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of basic accounting and finance.
Valuable command of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally will be preferred.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain financial records systematically.
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.

Minimum Qualification

12th Pass (Commerce preferred) with good knowledge of accounts and finance.

Salary

As per qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
