JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to recruit a candidate with interior design experience.
Candidate should be creative, have knowledge of various materials and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client.
Proficiency in CAD, sketchup, photoshop and microsoft office is a must. Ability to produce a complete set of working drawings, BOQ's for projects with reasonable speed, adhering to strict timelines.
Experience in preparing detailed drawings for wardrobes, kitchens and other furniture
Experience in preparing working drawings and GFC drawings
Must also possess good presentation and communication skills. Site experience will be a bonus.
Robust in using photoshop, powerpoint and MS Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs




Prepare presentations , 2D drawings & 3D sketchup views.
Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Ability to travel and visit various sites for inspections and vendor coordination
Travel to various vendors in order to select materials

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or Diploma in Interior design or Architecture

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years work experience in interior design residential and commercial projects

Robust creative and communication skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
