Product Satisfaction Executive – Consumer Insights

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Satisfaction Executive to join our Consumer Insights team and be the voice of our customers inside the company. You will study customer feedback to understand whether customers are satisfied with our products, and turn what you learn into clear insights that help us improve existing products and plan future launches.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and review customer feedback from reviews, ratings, support tickets, surveys, and social media.
Analyse feedback to understand customer satisfaction, what customers like and dislike, and recurring product issues.
Build a strong understanding of our product range so feedback is read in the right context.
Identify trends and patterns and present them as easy, actionable insights and reports.
Share findings with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to improve products and experience.
Provide customer inputs that guide decisions on future product launches.
Speak with customers when needed (calls, surveys, feedback sessions) to understand their experience in depth.




Track satisfaction over time and flag early warning signs on any product.
Keep feedback and insights organised for easy reference across teams.

Skills and Qualifications

Must have
Prior experience in consumer insights, product feedback analysis, market research, or a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Ability to communicate with customers and ask the right questions about a product.
Ability to read customer feedback and understand what it really means.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
Basic comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and reporting.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Positive to have
Interest in beauty, skincare, or D2C/e-commerce.
Familiarity with survey, CRM, or analytics tools.
Experience working with product or marketing teams.

Education
Graduate in any stream.

Years of Experience
0–2 years of experience in consumer insights, product satisfaction, customer feedback analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
Candidates should be able to understand customer feedback and explain what it means for the product.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per year
