Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Attend and manage customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads
Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and lifestyle offerings to customers
Conduct project presentations and site visits
Follow up regularly with prospective customers to drive closures
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Deliver a premium and professional customer experience
Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle
CRM & Reporting
Update leads and customer interactions in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales processes
Maintain sales reports and follow-up schedules
Brand Representation
Represent ONEX professionally at project sites, events, and exhibitions
Ensure communication aligns with the premium positioning of the brand
