BDA / BDE - Business development Associate / Business Development executive

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Education: Graduate
Experience: 1 – 2 Years (Sales / Telesales / Business Development)
Age Limit: 20 – 35 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM leads
Explain the hair regrowth program and guide prospects toward enrollment
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth enrollment process

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, or Telecalling
Strong communication and convincing skills
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tools is a plus
