Outlet Operations
Manage daily store openings, closings, and shift operations to ensure readiness.
Coordinate efficiently between front-of-house service and kitchen staff during peak hours.
Maintain strict adherence to brand standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and speed-of-service goals.
Monitor equipment functionality and report immediate maintenance or repair needs.
Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate crew members on customer service, POS billing, and food preparation.
Prepare duty rosters, manage shift scheduling, track attendance, and handle manpower allocation.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance compliance.
Sales & Financial Performance
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Promote upselling, combo offers,



and recent menu items to maximize average order value (AOV).
Monitor food cost, material usage, labor cost, and minimize inventory wastage.
Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and POS reporting.
Quality, Hygiene & Compliance
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, outlet presentation, and food safety regulations.
Ensure health and hygiene compliance, including local food authority guidelines (such as FSSAI standards).
Maintain daily logs, operational checklists, and audit documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
