Job Description

We are looking for a Production & Quality Supervisor with 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing shop-floor operations, ensuring production targets are achieved, and maintaining required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with production, quality, maintenance, stores, and planning teams to ensure productive and defect-free production.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / Quality Management Systems.
Experience with CAPA, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, or similar problem-solving tools.
Experience in process audits and quality inspections.




Knowledge of SPC, basic statistical tools, and quality documentation.
Experience in reducing rejection, rework, wastage, and customer complaints.
Experience coordinating with PPC, Maintenance, Stores, Production, and Quality departments.
Leadership and team-motivation skills.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Production Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Mechatronics
Quality Engineering
Or another relevant technical discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
