Qualification: CIPET / Diploma/Engineering in Plastics preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle back-office sales coordination and customer communication.
Follow up with customers and plastic converters for POs, orders, dispatches, payments, and outstanding dues.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain customer records, PO status, payment follow-ups, and sales MIS.
Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending customer requirements.
Requirements
CIPET qualification with valuable knowledge of the plastic industry preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valuable follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email.
Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.
