We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler with strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and team-handling experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP BIM modelling using Revit, the ability to coordinate with clients and project stakeholders, and a professional approach to managing project deliverables and team responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Revit MEP.
Prepare detailed 3D models and coordinated shop drawings for MEP services, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
Guide and coordinate with junior MEP BIM Modelers and team members.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Review MEP models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders to understand and address project requirements.
Participate in client meetings and provide project updates professionally.
Identify and resolve clashes and modelling issues in coordination with other disciplines.
Coordinate with Architecture and Structural teams to ensure proper integration of MEP services.
Follow project BIM standards, modelling guidelines, LOD requirements, and documentation procedures.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP BIM Modelling.
Solid proficiency in Revit MEP.
Good understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
Experience in team handling, leadership, or team coordination.
Knowledge of MEP modelling standards, shop drawings, and BIM workflows.
Strong communication and client coordination skills.
