Academic Counsellor – Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about suitable courses and programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
Understand student requirements and guide them accordingly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Build good relationships with students throughout the admission process.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with relevant sales/counselling experience can apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and enthusiastic.
Comfortable working with calling and CRM tools.
