About the Role:

To support our organisation in handling enquiries, communication, follow-ups, marketing, and day-to-day coordination.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge and the ability to communicate professionally with ~students, parents,~ Masters, Leaders, Clients, Organisation and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming & outgoing* enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Make follow-up calls to prospective Masters, Clients and Organisation*

Explain Programmes, Membership, Activities and* related information clearly.
Maintain enquiry and follow-up records.
Coordinate appointments, calls and basic administrative activities.

Communicate professionally with ~students, parents and other stakeholders.~ Masters, Leaders, Clients, and other stakeholders*
Support the organisation's marketing and promotional activities.
Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into registrations.
Perform basic computer and documentation work.




Coordinate with the management and training team as required.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Responsible, punctual and organised.
Candidates should have a laptop and reliable internet connection for work from home.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with the team remotely.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales or front-office coordination will be an advantage.
