Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Verification & Eligibility Executive with knowledge of US Healthcare processes to verify patient insurance coverage, advantages, and eligibility accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Verify patient insurance eligibility and active coverage.
Check benefits, deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket details.
Verify coverage for specific services and procedures.
Contact insurance payers through calls and online portals.
Review and validate patient demographic and insurance information.
Update eligibility and perks details accurately in EHR/EMR or billing systems.
Identify coverage issues and communicate discrepancies to the relevant team.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA requirements.
Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare / Insurance Verification / Eligibility.
Valuable understanding of US healthcare insurance and payer processes.
Experience with insurance portals and payer calls.
Knowledge of EHR/EMR or medical billing systems.
Good communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work in US/night shifts.
