INDUSTRIAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE

The candidate should have substantial experience in industrial civil construction projects, preferably involving:
Mining / Mineral Processing Plants
Manufacturing Plants
Cement / Steel / Power Projects
Industrial Buildings and Warehouses
Plant Foundations and Equipment Foundations
RCC Structures
Internal Roads and Pavements
Drainage and Storm Water Systems
Utility Buildings and Infrastructure
Heavy Equipment Foundations
Industrial Flooring and Paving Works

QUALIFICATION
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
Relevant qualified certifications in project management or construction management will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Civil Engineering / Construction.
Robust and demonstrable experience in industrial project execution is mandatory.
Experience in managing large-scale construction sites and multiple contractors will be preferred.
Experience in mining,



manufacturing, infrastructure, or other heavy industrial projects will be an added advantage.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and engineering standards.
Good understanding of RCC, structural foundations, earthwork, roads, drainage, and industrial civil works.
Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, architectural drawings and BOQs.
Knowledge of quantity estimation, rate analysis, measurements, and contractor billing.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring tools such as MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction quality control and testing procedures.
Understanding of construction materials, specifications, and testing requirements.
