About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Engineer with around 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot Windows, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices.
Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance.
Install and configure operating systems and required software applications.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, internet, and other IT-related requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues within the required timeframe.
Maintain records of IT support requests and resolutions.





Required Skills
Around 1 year of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or IT Engineering.
Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and common business applications.
Basic understanding of IT security and data backup.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
