Role Overview

Field-based role involving maintenance coordination, site visits, document follow-ups and local errands. Basic maintenance/repair support may be required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Visit government offices, banks and sites for follow-ups.
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters and technicians.
Assist with basic maintenance and repair work.
Purchase/pick up required materials and documents.
Share site updates, photos and videos through WhatsApp.
Maintain basic bills and receipts.
Travel within Hoskote and occasionally other parts of Bangalore.

Requirements
Own two-wheeler + valid driving licence – Mandatory
Kannada – Mandatory
Hoskote/nearby candidates preferred.
Basic smartphone/Google Maps knowledge.
Freshers can apply.




Basic electrical/plumbing knowledge is an advantage.

Probation Period: 1 month

Pay: ₹180,837.33 - ₹230,003.84 per year
