Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: BAMS / BHMS
MMC Registration: Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:
Provide medical care and monitoring to patients across ICU, Emergency, Casualty, and Wards.
Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and provide timely medical interventions.
Attend to emergency and critical cases and coordinate with consultants/specialists.
Conduct regular patient rounds and maintain accurate medical records.
Ensure proper implementation of treatment plans prescribed by consultants.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments for effective patient care.
Handle emergency situations and escalate critical cases promptly.
Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, medical standards, and documentation requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
BAMS / BHMS qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant hospital experience.
Valid MMC registration is mandatory.
Experience in ICU, Emergency, Casualty, and Ward management preferred.
Valuable communication, clinical judgment, and patient-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
