Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
Supervise and coordinate floor staff and allocate daily duties.
Monitor product availability, displays, pricing, and cleanliness.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
Monitor sales performance and support achievement of daily targets.
Coordinate with billing, stock, purchase, and other departments.
Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed.
Monitor stock movement and report shortages, damages, and other issues.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in supermarket/Hypermarket is must
Candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience
Positive communication and team-management skills.
