Globify Software Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in IT, software, web development, digital services, or a similar field.

The ideal candidate should have solid English and Malayalam communication skills, good client-handling and negotiation abilities, and a proven ability to follow up, convert leads, and close sales.

We are looking for someone who is professional, respectful, adaptable, organized, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT/software solutions.
Handle client communication, negotiations, proposals, and sales closing.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and take ownership of the sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover.
