Position: Senior Sales Executive Key Responsibilities - Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships. - Achieve individual and store sales targets. - Demonstrate strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery collections. - Generate repeat business through customer follow-ups and relationship management. - Handle customer inquiries, product presentations, and sales closures. - Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory discipline. - Support store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities. - Ensure accurate customer data collection and CRM updates.
Requirements - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in jewellery retail sales. - Strong communication and customer handling skills. - Knowledge of gold, diamond, and bridal jewellery preferred. - Proven sales performance and target achievement record. - Positive attitude, qualified appearance, and team-oriented mindset. - Ability to build customer relationships and generate referrals.
