Job Description:-
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances
Ability to read drawings and interpret engineering specifications
Familiar with the use of all inspection hand gauging including but not limited to micrometers, thread gauges, dial indicators, Vernier calipers, internal and external thread gauges, ID/OD mics, bore gauges, etc.
Familiar with the use of Digital Linear Height Gauge (Trimos Preferred)
Knowledge of Vision Measuring Machine and or Profile Projector is must
Coordinate measurement machine experience a plus.
Follow standardized procedures and instructions for in-process and final inspections across a wide variety of customized parts with very close tolerances and specifications.
Determine method of inspection and set up requirements on first article parts.
Perform first piece, online and final inspections, as directed, to assure that items meet required standards and conform to manufacturing specifications.
Maintain all the instruments and gauges in positive condition with timely calibration.
Inspects Raw materials/Castings/Forgings for suitability for machining.
Maintain required records and prepares all paperwork relating to inspection.
Positive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentations and requirements.
Independently handle customer audits and ISO 9001:2015 audit.
Good communication, math skills, and attention to detail.
Customer audit, compliance should be handled according to customer needs and handle Customers in terms of Quality.
Ensure quick responses to customer issues using tools like 8D reports, Paynter charts, 5 why analysis etc.
Should have good knowledge in CMM inspection & knowledge in programing for CMM inspection
Should have prior experience in handling Export Customer.
Plan & conduct internal / external audits.
Plan for systemic improvements based on business performance results & customer expectations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
