Branch Operations
Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day functioning of the institute.
Ensure smooth operation of classes, admissions, and office activities.
Monitor discipline and maintain a qualified setting.
Student Admissions
Handle enquiries from students and parents.
Follow up with prospective students and support the admission process.
Ensure proper documentation and student records.
Staff Coordination
Coordinate with teachers, trainers, counsellors, and administrative staff.
Prepare or monitor class schedules and staff duties.
Address routine staff and student issues.
Student Support
Handle student queries and complaints.
Monitor attendance, performance, and overall student progress.
Coordinate examinations, assessments, certificates, and related activities.
Marketing & Promotion
Support local marketing and promotional activities.
Coordinate seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, and student events.
Develop relationships with schools, colleges, companies, and other organisations.
Fees & Records
Monitor fee collection and pending payments.
Maintain admission,



attendance, fee, and other branch records.
Submit regular reports to the Branch Manager/Management.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure institute policies and academic standards are followed.
Monitor the quality of teaching and student services.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of classrooms, equipment, and office facilities.
Business Development
Assist in achieving branch admission and revenue targets.
Explore opportunities for recent courses, partnerships, and student enrolments.
Support the Branch Manager in developing the branch.
Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Keep management informed about admissions, fees, staff, student issues, and branch performance.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or Management.
Take charge of branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager, as authorised.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
