Key Responsibilities:
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and internal use across AeronPay and AeronFly
Work closely with the Reporting Manager, Motion Graphic Designer, and Graphic Designer to align on creative direction
Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, sound design, and colour correction as needed
Turn around edits quickly under tight deadlines, without dropping quality
Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and version control
Stay updated on video trends across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and suggest formats that fit our brands

Requirements:
1 - 2 years of skilled video editing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Prior experience delivering content for social media / digital marketing (not just films or personal projects)
Experience working directly with a marketing or creative team,



taking briefs and feedback
Comfortable handling multiple projects/deadlines at once
Prior experience in a fast-paced or agency-style setup is a plus

Skills Required
Positive understanding of pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video, etc.)
Ability to work quick without compromising output quality - comfortable with quick-turnaround briefs
Strong communication and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Portfolio / reel showcasing previous work is mandatory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
