Lead Conversion & Sales Achievement
Follow up on assigned leads systematically.
Present suitable broadband plans, offers, and product benefits.
Handle customer objections and guide prospects toward purchase decisions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a healthy conversion ratio through effective follow-up.
CAF Onboarding & Sales Closure
Manage the customer onboarding process from initial interest to CAF completion.
Ensure accurate customer details and required documentation.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams for installation and activation processes.
Track pending CAFs, installation status, and customer commitments.
Ensure successful sales closure in accordance with company processes.
CRM & Data Management
Update lead status, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in Zoho CRM.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
Ensure timely updates of sales activities and onboarding milestones.
Use CRM reports and assigned lead data to prioritize follow-ups.
Customer Relationship & Team Coordination
Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with sales support, technical, installation, and activation teams.
Escalate customer concerns and pending onboarding issues promptly.
Maintain skilled communication throughout the customer journey.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
