About the Role

Peak Performance Advisors is looking for a Senior HR Manager with strong expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS) to lead and strengthen HR practices across the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in PMS, KRA/KPI frameworks, performance reviews, HR policies, employee engagement and strategic HR management. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) across the organisation.
Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, appraisals and performance improvement plans.
Establish measurable performance standards and review employee performance against targets.
Identify performance gaps and work with department heads on corrective action plans.
Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and organisational structures.
Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning,



talent management and organisational development.
Lead employee engagement, retention and grievance-management initiatives.
Manage HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and compliance.
Analyse HR and performance data and present actionable insights to management.
Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.
Ensure HR processes are consistently implemented across departments.

Key Requirements
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial/strategic HR role.
Strong and proven hands-on experience in PMS is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of KRA, KPI, goal-setting, appraisal systems and performance evaluation.
Experience in designing and implementing PMS frameworks independently.
Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations and HR operations.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Solid analytical and MS Excel skills.
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
