Job Description
We are looking for Hindi-speaking Telecallers to join our team in Bangalore. Freshers and experienced candidates with telecalling, telesales, customer support, or voice process experience can apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain products/services clearly to customers.
Follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Candidate Requirements
Hindi communication is mandatory.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior telecalling/customer support/voice process experience will be an advantage.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in a day shift with rotational weekly offs.
Salary
₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
