CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a mature, skilled, well-groomed and target-oriented Clinic Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and business performance of our premium dermatology and aesthetic clinic.
Experience in dermatology/aesthetic clinics, healthcare, hospitals, premium salons, wellness, hospitality, retail or sales management preferred.
Strong experience in team handling and staff management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling patients and resolving day-to-day concerns.
Strong sales and target-achievement orientation.
Experience in lead follow-up, conversions, package sales and customer retention. Ability to manage daily clinic operations independently.
Good knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, billing and basic reporting.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Qualified appearance, grooming and communication.
Willingness to work weekends and according to clinic requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinic Operations Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate doctors, therapists,
reception and housekeeping staff.
Monitor attendance, shifts, discipline and staff productivity.
Ensure clinic SOPs, hygiene and service standards are followed. Patient Management
Ensure a premium patient experience. Handle patient queries and complaints professionally.
Monitor appointments, waiting time and patient follow-ups.
Encourage repeat visits and treatment continuity.
Sales & Business
Drive monthly revenue and achieve assigned targets.
Manage leads, consultations, conversions and package sales.
Follow up on enquiries and pending leads. Track daily collections and sales performance.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain daily sales and operational reports.
Monitor inventory and consumables. Ensure accurate payment and billing records.
Report daily performance and significant operational issues to management.
