Role Purpose

To provide clinical and field-level support for patients, hospitals, and healthcare specialists, ensuring smooth implementation, monitoring, documentation, and service coordination of Krireya’s medical devices and therapies.
Visit hospitals, home service for negative pressure wound therapy sessions and complete it.
Conduct hospital and patient visits for clinical support, therapy coordination, and regular follow-ups.
Assist doctors, nurses, and caregivers with medical device application, usage, and basic troubleshooting as per company protocols.
Manage machine installation, collection, replacement, movement, and tracking in coordination with the operations team.
Maintain accurate patient, hospital, device, therapy, and service records with timely documentation.
Submit daily field visit, patient follow-up, machine tracking, and issue reports to the Operations/Zonal Manager.
Coordinate with hospitals and internal teams to ensure smooth patient service, timely issue resolution, and operational support.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
