Key Responsibilities:
Work with OpenText xECM PowerDocs to create, customize, and manage document templates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into documentation solutions.
Investigate and conduct root-cause analysis for issues or defects.
Contribute to project documentation and maintain quality standards across deliverables.
Support and manage participation in multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Ensure documentation aligns with business goals and compliance standards.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills:
Experience with OpenText xECM PowerDocs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
Capable of multitasking and adapting in a dynamic, project-driven setting.
