Cilead Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing, Inventory & Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day billing, inventory, packaging and dispatch operations at our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales invoices, GST bills and credit notes using billing software.
Manage daily product packing, order processing and dispatch activities.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory entries.
Handle inward and outward stock entries.
Verify product names, batch numbers, expiry dates and quantities before dispatch.
Generate e-way bills and maintain dispatch-related documentation, wherever applicable.
Coordinate with transporters, distributors and the sales team.
Maintain daily sales, stock and dispatch reports using MS Excel.
Ensure proper storage, handling and organization of pharmaceutical products.
Report stock discrepancies and billing errors to management.

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Basic knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.




Working knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and invoices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Freshers with positive computer skills are welcome to apply.
