Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train, schedule, and manage Personal Coaches and Floor Trainers.
Monitor trainer performance, productivity, discipline, and service quality.
Guide trainers and maintain high training and member-service standards.
Drive member retention, satisfaction, and overall member experience.
Handle member concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee gym-floor operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Coordinate equipment maintenance, safety, and proper gym-floor standards.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Work with management to achieve club and fitness department goals.
5–6 years of relevant experience after obtaining certification
Robust knowledge of fitness training and exercise programming.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing a team of trainers.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Salary & Advantages:
Up to 20% hike on previous salary, based on current salary and valid salary proof/payslips.
