Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
Prepare and post journal entries, sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounting-related matters.




Assist senior accountants and the finance team during month-end and year-end closing.
Support audits by providing required documents and information.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Tally, GST returns, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
