Planning Engineer / Sr. Planning Engineer (Civil)

Location: Silvassa

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to ensure timely project execution and effective control.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project

Prepare baseline program and track progress vs plan

Monitor site execution and prepare DPR, WPR, MPR reports

Identify delays, critical activities, and implement recovery plans

Coordinate with site team, clients, and subcontractors

Perform progress analysis and generate MIS reports

Support billing team with work progress data

Ensure proper documentation and reporting systems





Skills Required

Robust knowledge of planning & scheduling concepts

Positive understanding of construction activities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)

Valuable communication and team coordination skills

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

6–8 years in construction planning
